Turning On Advanced Design Time Repository
Features
The Design Time Repository perspective of the SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio comes in a mode with partly restricted functionality. Administrators of the Design Time Repository (DTR) may need these features. We recommend you to switch to this advanced mode only if you have to manage permissions of users or frequently create workspaces and workspace folders.
SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio is switched off.

3. Rename the file plugin.xml.disabled to plugin.xml.
