Configuring the RSS Channel 

Use

You can configure the following attributes of the RSS channel:

·        Feed

·        Templates

·        RSS server

·        Feed elements and item elements

Prerequisites

You have administrator rights on the Data Orchestration Engine.

Procedure

...

       1.      Log on to SAP NetWeaver AS, and choose Data Orchestration Engine  → Administration → Device Management  → Channel Administration  → Channel Administration.

       2.      Enter RSS_PUBLISHER as the channel name and choose Go.

       3.      From the list displayed, choose RSS_PUBLISHER.

       4.      Under Operations, choose RSS Configuration.

       5.      To define a feed configuration, choose the Feed Configuration tab and enter the details.

       6.      Choose Select.

       7.      In the RSS Feed Configuration, enter the details of the feed like feed elements, item elements and so on.
