The GWM project enables enterprise supportability via Solution Manager Integration. This scenario typically happens when an end user reports an issue with the existing GWM project. The system administrator will install SAP Client plugin tool in the client machine to trace the service call end to end.

Prerequisites
  • GWM is installed in the user machine
  • A GWM application is installed in Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Excel
  • SAP Client Plugin tool for end to end tracing (32-bit or 64-bit based on user machine).
    • For 32 bit machine use SAP note 1435190 Information published on SAP site to download SAP Client Plugin tool.
    • For 64 bit machine use SAP note 1608231 Information published on SAP site to download SAP Client Plugin tool.
