When the system completes a search for trace records for a selected user, it displays the result in a trace overview screen. The trace overview provides common information about a trace record such as user, component, operation, and state.
Each entry in the overview represents an application run using a Web service. If the consumer and also provider are in the same SAP client of an ABAP system, the system displays only one entry.
You can use the trace overview to do the following:
Find more information about a particular trace record.
Choose whether a tracing record should be kept or deleted.
You have configured tracing. More information: Configuring Tracing
You have accessed the tracing records for a particular user, terminals, or request URI. More information: Displaying Traces
Your user is assigned one of the following roles:
SAP_BC_WEBSERIVCE_ADMIN_BIZ allows you only to view the tracing information.
SAP_BC_WEBSERIVCE_ADMIN_TEC allows you to view and manage the tracing information.

Use the Today <-> All Traces button to display all records, or only the records for the current day.
To view a summary of the basic details for a particular record, you need to select it and choose (Details).
To view the all details of a particular record you need to select it and choose (Display Marked Entries).

To export the information about a selected trace entry, choose (Export) and select the desired format or activity.
You can change the expiration date for a tracing record by selecting it and choosing (Change Expiry Date).
By default, the system records tracing information for two hours after the tracing has been activated, and keeps the records for two days.
You can delete an entry from the list by selecting it and choosing (Delete selected rows).
