Procedure documentation Creating a User-Specific Result List  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure


       1.      Sort the ALV result list for the report as you wish.

       2.      In the menu, choose Settings Layout Save (Control+F10).

       3.      On the Save As tab page, enter a name for your ALV list variant in the Save Layout field, and a short text in the Name field.

       4.      Choose User-Specific or Default Setting, depending on whether you are creating a user-specific or default variant (available only for you or in general).

       5.      Confirm the dialog box.
