Background documentationImporting Novell Updates Locate this document in the navigation structure

 

You can download Novell updates (NU) for the SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) operating system from the Novell Customer Center (NCC) and import them to your system.

Prerequisites

You have configured a connection between your blade system and the NCC as follows:

  1. Open the operating system administration UI for the master (http://<externer Host-Name>:5801).

  2. Open SMT Configuration.

  3. Configure the connection at   NU Configuration   Customer Center Access  .

Procedure
