Suggestion Function (New)
If this feature is configured, the system suggests possible terms that are frequently entered by users as the user enters the search term.
Error Tolerance (New)
If this feature is configured, the system tolerates minor errors when the user enters a search term, such as typing errors or transposed digits.
Common Attributes (New)
If these are modeled, users can use attributes that are common across different search object connectors to search, navigate, and sort the search results; one example of this is the change date for business objects and documents.
Attribute Groups (New)
If these are modeled, related attributes are displayed together on the UI, for example, amount and currency. In the search results, these groups appear as a single attribute, for example Price: 20 EUR. Users can use a group as a search criterion, as well as searching for individual attributes in the group.
More Flexible Advanced Search (Enhanced)
Users can now put together their own search criteria in the advanced search and specify their values with a variety of operators, for example Greater Than, Between, and Has No Value.
More Flexible Navigation (Enhanced)
In the navigation area, users can now put together their own set of categories, object types, attributes, and values to display and use one or more of these simultaneously as filters.
Automatic Value Ranges (New)
In the navigation area, numerical values (numbers and dates) are automatically sorted into value ranges, for example in the case of dates, they are sorted into “Today”, “Yesterday”, “This Month”.
Highlighted Hit Positions (New)
In the results list, the positions of the search terms in attribute values or texts are highlighted.
