Moving Search Object Connectors Up the Hierarchy
If you are using software components that are based on one another and you want to create search object connectors in the higher software component for the first time, you must bear in mind the higher hierarchical level of existing and new search object connectors from the lower software components in the higher software component.
Moving them up the hierarchy ensures the consistency of the templates because there cannot be any relations between connectors on different levels.
Until now you have created search object connectors based on search object connector templates in the lower software components. No search object connectors have been created to date in the higher software components.
The software components are based on one another, therefore the search object connectors templates in the lower software component are automatically available in the higher software component.

As soon as you create a search object connector in the higher software component, all search object connectors that exist in the lower software component are moved to the higher software component. Once this has happened, they are no longer available in the lower software component.

After they have been moved up, you can no longer create search object connectors in the lower software component. You can do this only in the higher software component.
