Process documentation Building a Criteria Hierarchy

Purpose

You build a criteria hierarchy to set criteria for the raised events which you want the event history to log.

Process Flow

       1.      Create a criteria profile.

If a criteria profile already exists, you do not need to create a profile but you can edit the existing one. If you want to edit an existing profile, skip this step and proceed with step 2 below.

       2.      Configure the profile’s criteria for the events in the event history. For more information, see Creating and Configuring Criteria.

       3.      Activate the profile.
