The System Alias Selection screen displays aliases of back-end systems named in the original model, but which are not connected to the current system (or which cannot be found). For each row of the table, you need to provide an alias for the corresponding connected system.
If you do not provide a replacement alias for an Undefined back-end system, Visual Composer will create a “placeholder” data service for it. Once the model migration is complete, you can open the model and replace the “empty” data service with the actual data service that you need.
The columns of the table are as follows:
Column |
Description |
---|---|
System |
Alias of the back-end system defined in the original model and which is not connected to the current system. |
Data Service |
Data service in the original model which cannot be located because its back-end system has not been found. |
Existing System |
Dropdown list of aliases of systems currently connected to the system in use. |
After selecting new system alias in each row, click Migrate to start the model migration. The Migration Process screen is displayed to indicate the progress of the model migration.
