To check which contents have been deployed on the Java Engine, you can use tools to examine the entire contents. The tools are part of the Web Dynpro Content Administrator. Keep in mind that the runtime state of each displayed object is important.
You use the browse function if you want to examine the entire deployed content, or if you want to navigate to the object information.
● Displaying object types
○ Web Dynpro objects belonging to a development component
○ Web Dynpro objects defined for the system
● Sorting objects into two levels
○ Sort by package (for example, sap.com)
○ Sort by development component (local)
● Detailed object information
● Extended technical information for objects
You can call up the following information for each object:
● General information, such as status (General)
● References
● JCo destinations
● Language Resources
You can use the search function to navigate directly to the deployed objects. You can search for the following object types:
● Application
● Component
● Component interface
● Model
● JCo destination
● Development Component Name
The Web Dynpro Content Administrator has been opened from the local home page of the Java Engine.
1. To search for specific objects or object types choose Search.
2. Specify whether you want to search the entire contents or a single development component.
3. If you want to display details of an object, choose Details Viewer. To carry out a reference check, you can check the details of the following reference options:
