You can configure the BPM UWL connector, which provides the tasks from the BPM system to the universal worklist (UWL), to use X.509 client certificates for authentication in its internal communication. The UWL push mechanism, which enables BPM to push complete events for tasks into the UWL can also work with X.509 certificates.
