Renaming a Ruleset 
The rename option is only available for those rulesets created in the Rules Manager.
Procedure
In the Rules Navigator view, select the ruleset.
The ruleset overview page appears in the Editor Window.
In the context menu of the ruleset, choose Rename....
In the dialog box that appears, enter the new name.
Choose Ok.
