Use

For each object that you create in the Guided Procedures design time, you can set permissions for editing and executing the object.

You can define read, write, delete, initiate, or full control permissions.

Prerequisites

To modify the permissions on the object, you must be authorized to edit it. You have such authorization if you have created the object yourself, or if the object designer has granted you write permissions.

Procedure

...

       1.      In the gallery, select an object and choose Open….

       2.      To switch to edit mode, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text (Edit).

       3.      Open the Permissions tab page.

By default, the object designer has full control permissions on the object.

       4.      To create a new permission entry, choose Add.

       5.      Use form Add users to search for the user, group, or role that you want to authorize.

Enter the name of the user, group, or role in field Find, and choose Go. Select an item from the result list, and choose Add.

The system adds the selected principal with default read permissions.
