Restoring the Database and Log Backups 

The backup and restore component of the Microsoft SQL server provides an important safeguard for protecting critical data stored in SQL server databases. It is important for the user to understand the backup and restore procedures and test and validate the backups taken in their SAP system periodically by restoring the backups successfully in a test system.
