The Process Desk comprises of the following tools:

  • Process list

    Displays all running, completed and canceled processes that are relevant for the current user.

  • Process visualization

    Shows a graphical representation of the process.

  • Universal worklist

    Provides centralized task management, from which business users can manage their daily work items.

  • Task execution user interface (task execution UI)

    Provides information about the task and the corresponding process and also provides a user interface for the task, for example to complete it.

This section describes the administration and configuration for all process desk tools

You need to configure these tools to be able to display and manage your processes and tasks. For more information about managing processes and tasks with the process desk, see Managing Processes and Tasks with the Process Desk.
