Name

A descriptive name for the entry list. This name is displayed in the Edit Entry List dialog box, but is not used for any other purpose.

Static

The type of list being created. A static list is an entry list in which you predefine each item as a static value.

Dynamic

The type of list being created. A dynamic list is an entry list that is populated dynamically from a data service at runtime, according to the input fields selected and the corresponding values that you assign.

Wizard roadmap

The wizard roadmap displays the steps required to create the entry list, and changes according to the type of list you are creating. The current step is highlighted in the roadmap.
