In the Project Explorer, open the META-INF directory of the project, and select the application-j2ee-engine.xml node.

Choose Open with →XML Editor in the context menu.

In the XML Editor, use the context menu to add and remove root elements or child elements to other root elements in the deployment descriptor.

When ready, save your changes.
