Obtain the file EclipseConnectorWizard.zip, located in the SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio portal download area, extract it to the plugins folder and then restart the IDE. The connector wizard creates a new entry, called SAP Connector Framework Wizard, in the new project wizard of the IDE.
