Select the menu  File New Project... Portal Applications Create a Portal Application Project

Specify the project name and folder to hold the project.

Click Finish.

Select the menu  File New Other...

In the dialog, select  Portal Application Create a new Portal Application Object , and click Next

Select the project in which to create the service, and click Next.

Select Portal Service, and click Next.

Enter the service name and other details.

Click Finish.

Select the menu  File New Other...

In the dialog, select  Portal Application Create a new Portal Application Object , and click Next

Select the project in which to create the component, and click Next.

Select  Portal Component AbstractPortalComponent , and click Next.

Enter the component name and other details.

Click Finish.
