Content usage mode: WSRP application sharing

Applies to: producers

In the portal, you can view all remote SAP NetWeaver and non-SAP portals that have registered themselves as WSRP consumers on your producer portal.

Prerequisites

You are authorized to access the portal role containing the Federated Portal workset.

Procedure

In the portal, navigate to   System Administration   Federated Portal   Non-SAP - WSRP Connections   View My WSRP Consumers  .

The remote WSRP consumers registered with your portal are listed in the View My WSRP Consumers screen. The following information is displayed for each WSRP connection:

  • WSRP Consumer Name: Displays the name of the consumer.

  • Status: Displays the current access status between the remote consumer and your portal.

  • Last Interaction: Displays when the consumer last interacted successfully with your portal.

    Note Note

    Interactions include WSRP-related procedures only, such as consumer registration, execution of remote content from the consumer portal, and the display of remote portlets in the iView wizard (WSRP application sharing mode). It does not report remote Portal Catalog browsing (between SAP NetWeaver portals only) and connection tests.

  • Vendor: Displays the vendor of the consumer.

In this screen, you can also:

  • Refresh the list of consumers

  • Block and unblock remote consumers from accessing your portal

  • Remove a WSRP connection

    Caution Caution

    When you remove a WSRP connection from a producer portal, all content consumed by the consumer in the same registration scope remains on the consumer portal, but becomes invalidated.
