The storage structure in the Design Time Repository (DTR) is organized into workspaces. Related workspaces are organized into workspace folders.

Prerequisites

  • You have the required permissions to perform this operation.

  • You work in the SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio.

  • To create the workspace folder using the Developer Studio, the Design Time Repository perspective has to be switched to administrative mode.

    Note Note

    To switch to administrative mode, from the menu path choose   Window   Preferences   . Navigate to   Development Infrastructure   Design Time Repository  and enable the Enable administrative functionalitycheck box.

Procedure

  1. Open the Design Time Repository perspective.

  2. Open the context menu of the root node in the RepositoryBrowser view.

  3. Choose Create Workspace Folder.

  4. Specify the name of the workspace folder and choose OK.
