Procedure documentationChecking out Dictionary DCs from the CVS Repository Locate this document in the navigation structure

 

Use this procedure to check out Dictionary Development Components (DCs) from the CVS repository into an existing development configuration within the local workspace.

Prerequisites

  • The Dictionary DC has been added to the CVS repository.

  • You have opened the CVS Repository Exploring perspective of the SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio.

Procedure

  1. In the CVS Repositories view, select the Dictionary DC that you want to check out.

  2. In the context menu of the DC, choose Check Out.

  3. To move the Dictionary DC into an existing development configuration, choose Yes in the DC-like projects detected dialog box.

  4. Select the target software component, then choose Finish.

Result

The Dictionary DC and its corresponding files are checked out from the CVS repository.
