In the first step you create a project to model your process in it. Next, you create a process as a basis of your business process model. After that you create flow objects, which you place in your process to model an end-to-end business process. You also create artifacts that allow you to provide additional information in your business process model. Finally, you create flow controls to connect flow objects and artifacts with them to model a finished structure of a business process model.
