Specifying Advanced Settings
This procedure is optional and is only used to make certain specific settings in a voice application such as the following:
Update event handlers
Set VoiceXML properties
Define jumpwords for an event handler
Override resource target files locations
Add multilanguage support
You know the location of the resource files such as grammar files and prompts.
If you want to set VoiceXML properties you are familiar with the VoiceXML standard properties.
More information: http://www.w3.org/TR/voicexml20/#dml6.3.1
If you do not want the standard prompts to be played for an event handler, update the relevant fields on the Events tab.
If you want to set any of the VoiceXML properties that affect the platform behaviour, update the listed VoiceXML properties under the Properties tab.
If you want to define jumpwords that cause an event to occur, add the appropriate fields under the Jumpwords tab.
Note
Note that these events are defined either at application level or a component level. A Signal Out entity follows a voice entity to throw the event and a Signal In entity precedes a voice entity to catch the event.
If you want to override the default settings for the resources such as prompts, prompts_speakas, grammars and recordings, update the relevant fields on the Targets tab.
If you want your voice application to support more than one language, update the relevant fields on the Language tab.
