Generating Code and Building Services 

Use

You should deploy your application on the Application Server (AS) Java before you can use them in your application. The build operation creates deployable files (.SDA or .EAR files) for your application.

Prerequisites

You must have started the AS Java before deployment. To check its status, choose Window  →  Preferences → SAP AS Java.

Procedure

       1.      In the Composite Application Explorer view, select the carpool application with the secondary mouse button and choose consecutively:

                            a.      Save application

                            b.      Generate Application

                            c.      Build Application

                            d.      Deploy Application
