Procedure documentationSetting a Role to Approve a Ruleset Locate this document in the navigation structure

A user cannot approve a project or a ruleset even if one has edit or full permissions for the project or the ruleset. Though the user can edit the project and upload it in the repository, the changes will not be automatically approved as the production version. The user must have approval action for a role to approve or change the production version in the repository. The user needs this special permission as the Rule Manager always works on the production copy and not on the latest copy of the ruleset.
