Guided Procedures (GP) enables process contributors to check different aspects of a process at runtime by means of different views.
You can configure the available runtime views when designing the process template. You can also specify the visibility of screen panels at runtime.
...
1. In the gallery, select the relevant process template, and open its design time.
2. To switch to edit mode, choose (Edit).
3. Open the Runtime View tab page.
4. You can add the following view types:
○ Generic views
The GP framework provides a set of predefined runtime views, which you can use. The following table provides an overview of the available generic views and the information they provide.

○ Custom views
Additional views can be implemented as well. You can add them using Add Custom Views.
5. Select the default view that to be displayed initially when the process is started.
You can remove a view by selecting it and choosing Remove View.
However, at least one view must be defined for a process.
If you want to further customize the way your process template looks at runtime, you can hide specific panels of the screen. You can only do this in the design time on process level.
6. In the Runtime View tab page, select one or more of the following checkboxes:
○ Title Bar
○ Phase Navigator
○ Contextual Panel
○ Activity Status Bar
A user with an Overseer role can see all panels at runtime, no matter which checkboxes the designer of the process has selected in the design time.
For more information on the runtime work center structure, see Getting Familiar with the GP Runtime.
7. Choose (Save).
At runtime, only certain runtime elements are visible to process contributors and they may switch between the predefined views.
