1. In the Composite Applications Explorer, choose the composite application in which you want to import RFC module.
2. Click the external package or any of its subpackages with the secondary mouse button and choose Import RFC.
The Import RFC wizard appears.
You may import external services only in the external package or some of its subpackages.
3. Enter the relevant server logon information:

4. Enter relevant user logon information:

5. Choose Next and wait until the connection is established.
A wizard for importing RFCs appears.
To retrieve a list of all functions, leave the Function Name and Function Group fields empty, then choose Search.
6. Select the RFC modules that need to import.
For easier navigation, you can use the following features:
¡ To filter by function name or group, enter the relevant data in the Function Name and Function Group fields.
¡ To reload the list from the database, choose with the quick info text Refresh.
¡ To see the working set with the modules you have already chosen, choose with the quick info text Show Working Set.
¡ To switch between flat and application component hierarchy views, choose either with the quick info text Show Flat List or with the quick info text Show Component Hierarchy.
7. Configure additional RFC properties:
¡ Select the destination package. To do that, choose Browse…
You reuse types you have already imported into the existing packages.
¡ Enter an RFC Destination name.To execute the RFC, you need to create and configure the RFC destination at runtime.

The imported RFC modules appear under the external package node in the Composite Application Explorer.
You can now create mappings with them.
