This procedure enables you to export data from a specific UDDI server. In addition, you can export data about the classification service of the UDDI server. This data contains information about the classification system itself.

The exported data is in a ZIP archive file and can be used for backing up the information or exchanging data between two UDDI servers.

Procedure

  1. In UDDI Server Configuration, choose Export.

  2. Depending on what type of data you want to export, choose the Start Export button of the corresponding screen area: Export from UDDI Server or Export from Classification Service.

    The UDDI server exports the data to a ZIP file. When the export is complete, the Download exported file link becomes available.

  3. Click the Download exported file link.

    The archive is downloaded and you have the option of saving or opening the file.

Result

UDDI server data is exported to a ZIP file and saved in the file system.
