The following views are available in the GP work center:

Overview

This is the standard view of the GP work center. It provides an overview of your activity and display options, depending on the particular process roles assigned to you. You can choose one of the following display views:

·        Alerts and Warnings

You can view all overdue or erroneous processes you own.

·        Start a new process

You can initiate a process template created in the design time for execution in the runtime, in other words, to make the process template available as an executable process instance.

·        Processes Which I Own

You can view all incomplete processes where you have the assigned role Owner.

·        Processes Which I Oversee

You can view all incomplete processes where you have the assigned role Overseer.

·        Tasks That Require My Action

You can view the tasks that you have to execute to continue the process flow.

Alerts and Warnings

You oversee all overdue tasks as well as all erroneous processes of which you are the owner.

The view is divided into two sections:

      Overdue Tasks

      Erroneous Processes

Overdue Tasks

This view is organized by:

      Title (of the task)

      Description (of the task)

      Due Date

      Due Time

This overview is for information purposes only. You can simply choose one of the tasks displayed (in the Title column).

Erroneous Processes

This overview is organized by:

      Process Title

      Start Date

      End Date

      Description (of the process)

The Process Title and Description columns provide a search function, which you can use to find a specific process.

Processes

You oversee all processes to which you contribute depending on your process roles and restart them if required.

You can use five different overviews and can filter the process entries on the basis of the following three standard process roles by setting the corresponding indicator:

      Administrator

      Owner

      Overseer

All overviews have the following columns:

      Process Title

      Start Date

      Description (of the process)

The Process Title and Description columns provide a search function, which you can use to find a specific process.

Role-dependent overview of all terminated processes.

Erroneous Processes

Role-dependent overview of all erroneous processes.

Tasks

You can oversee all pending and completed tasks.

      Completed Tasks

Both overviews have the following columns:

      Task

      Process Title

      Status

      Processor

All columns provide a search function, which you can use to find a specific process.
