You use the Add to DTR Details dialog box to specify information about the development component that you are adding to the DTR. When you add a development component to the DTR, it also automatically checks in all models in the development component.
You display the Add to DTR Details dialog box by clicking the Add to Source Control button in the Manage Models dialog box toolbar.
The Add to DTR Details dialog box contains the following items:

Globally unique vendor ID. We recommend that you derive this ID from the vendor’s Internet domain (for example, sap.com). |

Prefix to use at the beginning of the development component name. |
Activity Description |
Textual description that you want to include with the Add to DTR operation. When you click in this field, the Activity Description dialog box opens, in which you can enter the description. More information: Activity Description Dialog Box |
Domain |
ID of the development area for which the new development component is to be created. |
