Getting Familiar with the GP Runtime Work Center 

The Guided Procedures (GP) Runtime work center is the central point of entry to all available process instances and their associated tasks and provides a comprehensive overview.

You can initiate a process template created in the design time for execution in the runtime. This means you make the process template available as an executable process instance.

You can choose from a list of overviews, which provide details about the activities, completed and pending tasks and the processes to which you contribute.

Structure and Elements of the GP Runtime Work Center

The GP work center has a basic runtime layout. There are two core elements specific to the GP Runtime work center:

Contextual Navigation Panel

The contextual navigation panel holds the You Can (You Can navigator) screen component. It provides the necessary tools to start a process. More information: Starting (Initiating) a New Process

View Selection

This screen area provides four generic views for the GP work center.

View	Description
Overview	Overview of all activity and display options within the runtime.
Alerts and Warnings	Overview of all overdue tasks as well as all erroneous processes of which you are the owner.
Processes	Overview of incomplete processes.
Tasks	Overview of all pending and completed tasks.
