Administration Workset (Enhanced) 

Use

The following new features are available in the Administration workset for the current release:

●      Setting up the Bounced Mails Framework (BMF)

This is now possible with the Administration workset tools in the portal.

●      Sending secure mails through the BMF

You can set up the mail protocol type for outgoing mails. To use the secure mail feature, select the smtps protocol and configure user credentials.

●      Monitoring process schedules

You can now view the schedule history and also identify schedules that have not been completed. The Administration workset provides the tools to resolve such erroneous conditions.

Additionally, you can programmatically schedule process initiation using APIs.

●      Limiting the number of submitted composite form instances

You can use this option with impersonalized forms to limit the number of times a form can be filled out and submitted to the system.
