Entry List Wizard: Define List Items 
The Define List Items step of the Entry List wizard enables you to define the static items for your entry list.
The Define List Items step contains the following items:

Add Row |
Adds another entry to the list. |
Delete Row |
Removes the highlighted row from the list. |
Move Up |
Moves the highlighted item one place up in the list. |
Move Down |
Moves the highlighted item one place down in the list. |
