Monitoring CAF Availability

Use

You can use the monitoring tools to ensure your composite application is running properly. You need to make the relevant configuration with SAP NetWeaver Administrator to use CAF monitoring.

Monitoring Availability Centrally

Configure your SAP NetWeaver 7.0 system to monitor SAP NetWeaver Composition Environment.

Monitoring Availability Using the Monitor Browser

       1.      Open the SAP NetWeaver Administrator, using the following URL: http://<host>:<port>/nwa

       2.      Navigate to Availability and Performance Management →  Resource Monitoring  → Java System Reports.

       3.      Open the Monitor Browser.

       4.      Navigate to Applications, expand the node and start the CAF State Monitor group.

       5.      Monitor the availability of CAF using the monitored data.
