Context Menus of the SAP Management Console
The SAP Management Console (SAP MC) includes context menus that offer a number of useful functions.
The context menus enable you to start, stop, and restart individual processes, instances, or the whole system. The context menus differ depending on the item that is selected in the navigation pane. The following table explains some of the main context menu options:

List Developer Traces |
Lists all developer trace files of the selected instance |

Displays log records filtered by severity, time, and number of entries |

Show Developer Trace |
Displays the developer trace files of the selected process |

Increment/Decrement Trace Level |
Increases or decreases the developer trace level of the selected process |

Shutdown |
Stops the selected process (signal INT) |

Telnet |
Opens a Telnet session |

Enables or disables Java VM debugging for the server processes. |

Dumps the Java stack trace for the selected server process. |
