Database Administration in CCMS: SAP liveCache Technology 
You can manage your MaxDB database system and obtain information on its status from the database administration in CCMS (a component of the Life Cycle Management solution). Database administration for liveCache databases is introduced in the following sections.
The most important DBA functions of CCMS are available in DBA Cockpit for the various tasks of monitoring and administering your database system and can therefore be called using the DBA Cockpit.
Many DBA functions are available as before in a user menu. The user is assigned a role in accordance with the authorization concept and you can reach the user menu of the user with the authorizations that correspond to the user's role. According to the role selected, the following DBA functions of CCMS are available in the user menu.
