Thread Statistics 
In the Kernel Threads user menu, you can find, among other things, a display of statistical values of task activities.
Procedure
Open the Database Assistant (transaction DB50) or the liveCache Assistant (transaction LC10). Choose 
Current Status 
Kernel Threads Thread Statistics 
.
or
Open the DBA Cockpit (transaction code DBACOCKPIT) and select Performance Kernel Threads Thread Statistics .
Result
The statistical values for the threads have been collected since the last start of the system.
