Exporting a Model
You export a model from your local repository by packaging all of its model files (XML and GML files) in a compressed zip file and saving it to your file system (either on your local computer or on a computer in your network).
When you export a model, any components that are referenced from or nested in the selected model are also exported. Any referenced or nested components must also reside in the local repository. Each component’s files are stored in a separate zip file, and then all of the zip files are combined into a single zip file and saved in the location you specify.
You can then take the exported zip file and send it to other modelers, or reimport to the local repository at a later date.
· The model to export is open in Storyboard.
· The model must reside in the local repository, and any nested or referenced components must also reside in the local repository.
