Create New Development Component Dialog Box 
You use the Create New Development Component dialog box to specify information about the development component that you are creating in the local repository.
You display the Create New Development Component dialog box by clicking the New Development Component button in the Manage Models dialog box toolbar, or by clicking the New button in the Create New Model dialog box.
The New Development Component dialog box contains the following items:
