Maintaining Remote
Destinations
To be able to communicate using RFC, you need to define the target systems as RFC destinations in the sending system and make a number of settings.
To maintain these destinations, call transaction SM59 (or choose Administration → System Administration → Administration → Network → RFC Destination).
● General Functions:
○ Display/Delete RFC Trace

To call these options, choose RFC on the initial screen menu.
○ Trusted/Trusting Systems (simplified logon)
○ Maintain RFC Groups
○ Configure HTTP Proxy

To call these options, choose Extras on the initial screen menu.
○ Create Conversion Tables (individual code page conversion)
○ Check Internal Connections (Selection of inactive internal RFC destinations)
○ Test Server Groups (logon group check and maintenance)

To call these options, choose Utilities on the initial screen menu.
