Configuring Cookies 

Use

You can configure the attributes of the SAP-specific cookie if your application uses them. For more information, see AS Java Cookies.

Prerequisites

You are in the Configuration Management → Infrastructure → Application Modules function.

Procedure

Configuring the Load Balancing Cookie

...

       1.      Choose Cookies in the Web Module Details screen area.

       2.      Choose Enable Application Cookie.

       3.      From the Path dropdown list box, choose the path to which the cookie belongs.

       4.      From the Domain dropdown list box, choose the domain the cookie is valid for.

       5.      To specify the life time of the cookie (in seconds), enter a value in Maximum Age.

       6.      To save your changes, choose the Save button in the Web Module Details screen area.

Configuring the Session Cookie

...

       1.      Choose Cookies in the Web Module Details screen area.

       2.      Choose Enable Session Cookie.

       3.      From the Path dropdown list box, choose the path to which the cookie belongs.

       4.      From the Domain dropdown list box, choose the domain the cookie is valid for.

       5.      To specify the life time of the cookie (in seconds), enter a value in Maximum Age.

       6.      To save your changes, choose the Save button in the Web Module Details screen area.
