Publishing Translations
Publishing a translation exports the translated text strings and writes them back to the objects to which they belong. For example, the translated title of a role is written to the role object stored in the Portal Content Directory (PCD).

When a reloaded worklist is published again, all the strings in the worklist are exported and published. Previously published text from the same worklist is overwritten.
The translation worklist was marked as translated by the responsible translator. See also Setting Worklist Status to Translated.
When the worklist property Translation Worklist Status is set to Translated, the Publish Translation button above the worklist becomes active and the administrator can publish the worklist.
...
1. In the Portal Catalog, search for the worklist you want to publish and right-click the corresponding object.
2. Choose Open → Properties.
3. In the list of worklist properties, check if the property Translation Worklist Status is set to Translated.
4. Choose Publish Translation.
The texts are exported and written to the database.
