Prerequisites

You have created a user on your mobile device.

Context

You can change the synchronization password on the mobile client. This synchronization password enables you synchronize the mobile client with the Data Orchestration Engine.

Note

While changing the synchronization password, it is mandatory for the user to be connected with the DOE.

Procedure

  1. From the System menu choose, Start of the navigation path Manage Device Next navigation step  Manage Passwords Next navigation step Change Synchronization Password End of the navigation path.
  2. Enter the Old Password and New Password .
  3. Confirm the New Password.
  4. Click Save to save the new synchronization password.
