Analyzing Room Statistics Information

Context

Use the Room Risk Analysis report to display and analyze room statistics information. You can search with this report for rooms with a specified number of members, locked documents and total size of documents and attachments in the room.

Procedure

In the portal, choose Content Administration KM Content Toolbox Reports Tools .
In the Room Risk Analysis report, choose the type of execution:
- Immediate execution: Start
- Repeated execution: Schedule
Enter the name of the execution.
Only for repeated execution: Define and activate the schedule.

You can configure the following settings for this report on the Parameter tab:

Parameter	Description
Search for rooms with more than n (number) members	Specifies the number of members for rooms. The default value is `400` members.
Search for rooms with locked documents	If you want the report to search for locked documents, you can select this parameter.
Total size of documents and attachments in room is more than n MB	Specifies the total size of documents and attachments in the room. The default value is `500` megabytes.

Note

When these parameters are not specified, in the result of the report you can see the full statistics of the total number and volume of all rooms and the total number of regular subscriptions.

For immediate execution, choose Start or save your settings for report execution according to the schedule.

Results

The system runs the report according to the settings. Once the report has finished, you can view the result by choosing the name of the report from the list of the reports. You can find this list when you choose Start of the navigation path Content Administration Next navigation step KM Content Toolbox Reports Tools Room Risk Analysis End of the navigation path . If you want to see the reports exported in the XML files, choose Content Administration KM Content root Reporting Reports Content Administration Tools Room Risk Analysis or open the View Report Result screen by choosing the report and then from the ID parameter choosing the XML file.
