 Enabling / Disabling the RTC Application Sharing ServerLocate this document in the navigation structure

Use

By default, the RTC Application Sharing Server is not activated. If you intend to use application sharing functionality, you must start the RTC Application Sharing Server service.

Procedure
  1. Open SAP NetWeaver Administrator.
  2. Select Operations → Systems → Start & Stop.
  3. Choose the Java Applications tab.
  4. In the Application list, select the following component: sap.com/com.sap.netweaver.coll.appl.rtc.streamsrv
  5. To enable the RTC Application Sharing Server, click the Start button.

    To disable the RTC Application Sharing Server, click the Stop button.
