Making Changes to Tables

Use this process to make changes to already existing tables.

1. Open the Repository Browser and navigate to the table in which you want to make the changes.
2. Double-click on the required table.

   The maintenance screen for the table appears in display mode.

3. Choose  with the quick info text Display <-> Change.

   You are now able to make the appropriate changes to the table.

To do the changes in a table, choose an appropriate procedure from the list below:

• Adding an Append Structure
• Inserting an Include
• Inserting New Fields
• Deleting Existing Fields
• Changing the Data Type, Field Length and Decimal Places of Existing Fields
• Changing the Table Category
• Moving Fields
• Copy Fields from Another Table
• Copying Fields from an Entity Type .
• Deleting Tables
