Use

You can use this report to scan for inconsistencies associated to deleted users. Primarily this report will highlight where a resource has been marked in some way by a user who was subsequently deleted. For example, the user may have locked a resource and the resource has remained locked after the deletion of the user.

Prerequisites

You have assigned the appropriate permissions to the cmadmin_service service user. If you want to transfer object properties such as Created By and Modified By from one specific user to another (for example, when a user has been deleted), you must have the Set System Properties permission assigned to the cmadmin_service service user.

To assign the required permission, choose Start of the navigation path Content Management Next navigation step Utilities Next navigation step System Principals Next navigation step System User End of the navigation path, and then open the cmadmin_service user for editing. Select the Set System Properties parameter, choose OK, and then restart the Application Server Java (AS Java).
