You can use this report to scan for inconsistencies associated to deleted users. Primarily this report will highlight where a resource has been marked in some way by a user who was subsequently deleted. For example, the user may have locked a resource and the resource has remained locked after the deletion of the user.
You have assigned the appropriate permissions to the cmadmin_service service user. If you want to transfer object properties such as Created By and Modified By from one specific user to another (for example, when a user has been deleted), you must have the Set System Properties permission assigned to the cmadmin_service service user.
To assign the required permission, choose cmadmin_service user for editing. Select the Set System Properties parameter, choose OK, and then restart the Application Server Java (AS Java).

Specify the location of the plain text file that contains a list of deleted users (logon user IDs). When you write such a file with list of deleted users, you should separate each user by new line. Example
