TIMED_STATISTICS (Oracle)

This parameter determines whether database statistics for particular times will be logged by Oracle. This information may be useful to monitor system or application performance.

The value for this setting may be true or false. In SAP systems. To monitor the Oracle database and recognize problems in time, SAP recommends that you set timed_statistics to true. With a rise in statistical data, you accept a slight increase in database load.
